About the Program

ELOC prepares students to become effective transformational leaders. Using a cohort model, students work together to develop the competencies to lead and manage change in a high-performance organization.

Students meet once a month on a Saturday and Sunday, studying issues in diagnosing, implementing and evaluating organizational intervention. They integrate this theory with practice as they implement theory into their workplace.

Applicants for the ELOC program must have at least 3 years professional experience and be currenly employed.

ELOC admits students for the Fall term.
