How to Apply?
You can apply online or you may download and print out the application form. If necessary, you may request a form be sent to you. Call the Office of Graduate Programs at (859) 572-1555 to request the application form.
All students who wish to enroll at NKU must submit this application. No request for admission or other admission requirments will be reviewed without the appropriate application form. The application forms along with complete instructions are available here.
In addition to the regular application form, unclassified students (those who are not seeking a degree), must download and submit the Unclassified Student form that can be found here.
Application Fees
Fee for online application is $25.
Fee for paper application is $40.
If you received a bachelor’s or master’s degree from NKU or are a full-time employee, the application fee is waived.
