All students who wish to enroll at NKU must submit this application.*
*As of September 4, 2006, the fee for on-line applications will be $25. The fee for paper applications will be $40, including applications that are faxed or e-mailed.
Visiting Student Form (Download the form) - Submit this form with the Regular application to the Office of Graduate Programs if course credits are to be transfer to your home institution. Mail the completed for to the address below.
Unclassified Application (Nondegree seeking students download this form) - to be submitted to the Office of Graduate Programs with the Regular application by those who are not applying for a degree. Mail the completed for to the address below.
Recommendation - Each recommendation must include the completed Recommendation form as well as separate signed letters from recommenders. Submit the forms and letters to the Office of Graduate Programs at the address below.
Transfer Credits - All graduate students who want to transfer graduate credit from another institution to NKU must download this form, follow the guidelines listed and mail the completed form to the Office of Graduate Programs at the address below.
